SHEETS FALL OFF IN JUST A FEW SWIPES

Very disappointing. I am using the correct size wet sheet with the correct size sweeper. I know how to put the sheet on the head so please don’t say I’m just doing it wrong. The sheet ends are so wet, thin and slippery that they slip out of the grippers in just a few strokes. Great concept but it doesn’t work.

Poor packaging

Love the product hate the packaging, twice now it has ruined other items I purchased by leaking everywhere. They should definitely rethink the packaging for better quality control. Probably will try a different brand next time even though I do really like the product.

Swiffers need to be wider!

I've been using wet Swiffers since they first came out, a great product BUT, PLEASE make the width of them wider as the new versions are WAY too narrow to stay on the applicator - one swipe and they come loose. I hate to quit using the product, but it drives me crazy to keep having to adjust the pad that keeps falling off!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Scent is overpowering

The 'scent' is over powering. If you have any sensitivity to artificial scents, do not use. I don't see the option for unscented. Purchased the Fresh Scent

Swiffer saved the day!

Outstanding! We had our 15 year old dog who had a nose bleed we could not stop. We rushed him to the vet and they stopped it. When we got home the floor looked like someone had been stabbed. I took the Swiffer with a wet pad and every bit of blood came up! I was so happy since I thought I would have to scrub on my knee’s the hard wood floor. Thank you Swiffer for saving my knee’s!

Disappointed in the wet pads.

I am a first time user and I am disappointed. I bought the starter kit that came with the stick, 2 heavy duty pads, 1 regular wet pad and a dusting pad. I have a new house with Luxury Vinyl flooring, I thought this would be perfect to clean them. What I was so disappointed in was that the pad only stayed wet and cleaning well for a very small part of my floor, like a 10 foot long by 4 foot wide area. When I went from there into my kitchen it was hardly wet or cleaning. At the start of the mopping it was great, but ended not so great. It happened with the heavy duty pads and the regular wet pads. I would expect it to stay wet enough to clean a small hallway and small kitchen. I am not sure if I will continue to buy these pads.

I won’t be buying the lavender scent in the future
