Very difficult to install the replacement duster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When installed properly, its a great product. But the instructions on the box for replacing the duster are not clear. It is DIFFICULT to install the replacement duster.

Time saving Swiffer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Swiffers for years but only since I moved to dusty Arizona did I come to fully appreciate their time saving value.
This is Dust Storm country and it is a constant battle. I have found uses for Swiffer dusters here that i never imagined before. They make the back breaking work of cleaning moldings a breeze, not to mention blinds and window sills, ceiling fans and under the refrigerator, between cabinets and on and on.
One swipe and you're done. With the extender, there is no crawling around the house to get all the moldings, high and low. I love this product and recommend it highly. It is also great at cleaning the bathtub, sinks, bottom of toilet, top of refrigerator, before you wet the surfaces. They actually cut your work in half.
Also, they can't be beat for cleaning delicate electronics of all kinds.
Pros: cuts cleaning time
Cons: none whatsoever

Swiffer Duster Handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love dusting with both the 360 and regular duster but wish you would go back to the handle design that had the extra plastic piece that held the duster on the handle better than the new design.
Pros: makes dusting fun :-)
Cons: new handle doesn't hold duster tight enough

Swiffer Dusters

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the kit, 5 pads and a handle, the instructions are useless, Fluff the pad, insert in handle, where it promptly falls out. What a waste of money.

We're glad you tried Swiffer Dusters & hate to hear the dusters wouldn't stay on the handle. For best results, make sure the prongs on the handle are inserted all the way down the sleeves in the duster. The duster is held in place by the tab at the base of the handle. No instruction on how to get started with Swiffer Duster kit

Thanks for sharing your feedback about the instructions. Before placing the duster on the handle, hold both ends of the duster cloth and move your hands up & down quickly in a see-saw motion. Next, with the fluffy side of the duster facing down, slide the prongs of the handle into the sleeve. The sleeves are open on both ends so either end will fit on the handle. Lastly, pull the cloth onto the handle until it's secured into place by the tab at the base of the prongs. Feel free to call us at 1-800-214-8734 if we can help further. Good Product, Poor instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box containing the yellow Swiffer dusters says you can see a video that tells you how to put the fluffy part on the plastic stick. I went to the web site listed on the box and found NO video. A video showing exactly where to insert the stick into the duster would be helpful.
Pros: great duster
Cons: terrible instructions on how to assemble

Too difficult to figure out how to put togehter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a Duster starter kit. Great concept, however writing my doctoral dissertation was easier than trying to figure out how to "insert" the duster portion. Instructions 1. Click, 2. Fluff 3. Insert REALLY! Much too difficult to try to figure out. After about 1/2 an hour I gave up and threw it in the trash. The dollar store sells an off name variety and it's already put together. Is this review rigged? Trying to submitreview for 45 minutes. I will not give up now, Swifter is trying to pull one over on people. Can we only submit positive reviews?
Cons: can't figure out how to put it togehter, too complicated!!

Not easy to figure how to assemble nor to find instructions online

*Push together the rounded ends of the two pieces that make up the handle, and firmly push them until you hear a click.
*To fluff the fibers, hold both ends of the duster cloth & move your hands up & down quickly.
