The dusters are absolutely awful. Can't get it on the handle and can't keep it on the handle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not anywhere near as advertised. Doesn't stay on the duster handle; leaves behind debris (although area was dusted < 2 weeks ago). Returning for refund.

We're sorry to hear that this was your experience, as our Dusters go through strict quality checks to ensure that you can enjoy an effective clean with ease. We suggest making sure that the handle prongs are being fully inserted into the sleeves of the Dusters. For our base Dusters, the sleeves can be found on the back of the duster cloth. As well, to get the best cleaning results, make sure to fluff the duster fibers before use. To do this, hold both ends of the duster and quickly move your hands up & down in a see-saw motion (alternating up & down). The duster would NOT stay on the handle.

I recently purchased the Swiffer 360° dusters kit. It came with a handle. The handle is different than the original Swiffer duster handle that have a latch on the handle to secure the duster. This new handle that come with the 360 dusters doesn’t have anything to latch on to the dusters therefore the duster came off the handle NUMEROUS times as I was dusting. I got an old handle out and attached the 360 duster to it. Same thing kept happening, the duster would NOT stay on the handle. I’ve never had this problem before and am VERY disappointed and will be returning this Swiffer 360° Duster Kit to Sam’s Club. Not worth my time of money. Guess I will go back to the old way, a good old fashion dust rag. Very disappointed in this product.

No Blue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When a good product comes to us someone is always messing with it. I will not buy the blue dusters because you can only use one side and I am sure it is forcing us to buy more dusters. I would recommend the yellow dusters but I am quite disappointed in the change.

Not a bargain

Duster will not stay connected to handle. Doesn’t “trap” much dust, usually just pushing the dust for me to clean up elsewhere.

Your Swiffer Dusters should work great and stay on the handle, as long as you've ensured both handle prongs are inserted all the way into the sleeves on the duster. If you have the single layer dusters (which are blue), there are two sleeves on the back of the duster cloth. If you have the Heavy Duty dusters (which are yellow), there are two sleeves between the fluffy layers. Fluff the dusters before inserting the prongs into them, put a hand on either end and rapidly move each hand up and down, in opposite ways (think a see saw or teeter todder). This'll poof up the fibers, increasing the dust draw of the cloths. Let us know how this helps. Call us at 1 (800) 214-8734. We're here Mondays through Fridays, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST.

It’s constantly breaking

I’ve purchased the long handle swiffer duster 3 times now. It’s constantly breaking. This last time was the fastest break. It’s very frustrating when you are a residential cleaner and rely on this product everyday. The middle part of the handle is too flimsy and can’t handle the day too day cleans
