Nope. Waste of money.

Waste of money. Does one small shelf then the rest falls to floor. Won’t waste my money again. Repeated attempts to fluff still will not pick up the dust. Obviously the inventor does not live in the country where dust is an every day thing. Wish I hadn’t even tried them.

We're sorry to hear you feel this way. One thing that may help with your attempts to fluff it is to hold both ends of the duster cloth and move your hands up and down in a wave-like motion. Build up speed until all the fiber fingers are fluffed. We'll be sure to share your thoughts and we hope this helps bring you the results you've hoped for!

Don’t listen to bad reviews about this product, the true is amazing helper to dust, one of my favorite no no no really is my favorite I love it 100 % porcent recommend, have in mind I have a cleaning company I know what I’m saying 😂 I recommend swifter duster to all my clients, original ones not cheap version

The 360° Swiffer was a waste of time for me. The TV commercial shows this wonderfully convenient duster that moves around the various items without any problems however it doesn't do that and it certainly doesn't gather dust all around the actual 360° . I just stick to the original one sided blue duster.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Is piece of junk now!!

This product used to be good but not anymore!!! The blue plastic dots ruined it!! You guys making it cheap,they don't work anymore like it used to be!! I will never buy them again!!

Duster comes off handle

I have put the duster onto the handle correctly. If I dust something rough, like the bricks on the hearth, the duster comes off. If I try to dust under the dryer, the duster comes off.

Product is changed and no longer functions as well

Used to love this product and was willing to spend the exorbitant cost until recently when it completely changed, It no longer "fluffs" and it does a poor job of picking up dust. I'm also noticing it's nearly impossible to get the 360 unscented and the scented version is overpowering. In any case, I need a duster that looks and behaves like what is advertised and this product no longer works for me. I have added images to my review of a recently purchased 360 duster.

To improve fluffing:
- Before inserting the duster onto the handle, fluff the fibers by holding both ends and quickly moving your hands up and down in a see-saw motion.
- You can also pull at the fibers to further fluff them.
- The more fluffed the fibers are, the better the cleaning results you'll get.
