Duster comes off handle

I have put the duster onto the handle correctly. If I dust something rough, like the bricks on the hearth, the duster comes off. If I try to dust under the dryer, the duster comes off.

They have changed the dusters, and they are now crap, and hardly work...smaller, and less fiber to catch dust. Really bad now, and will not buy anymore unless they go back to what they were.

Old version was better

I am a chronic duster and loved my duster until it broke, but that's not the problem, the old duster had little clips that held the dusters sheets on, not the new one. Now as I'm dusting away the duster sheets slip off. Now I have a little piece of tape holding them on. Sad might have to look for a different product.

What a great habit to have. I sure wish someone in my house had a dusting habit! We are so sorry you are having issues with the duster staying on the handle. How frustrating.
With the fluffy side of the duster cloth facing down, slide the prongs of the handle into the sleeve. The sleeves are open on both ends so either end will fit on the handle. Pull the cloth onto the handle until it is secured into place by the tab at the base of the handle’s prongs.
If you're already doing the above and it still won't stay in place, please let us know and we will definitely take care of this for you. Thanks!

Love the product, however my mom is blind and just a suggestion. Possible to put dots or some sort of small perforation where the openings are? That way she can refill them? Thank you

Need to change back to 360 and get rid micro fiber

I have used stiffer dusters for years and absolutely love them. 5 stars… I Started with the one sided and orogressed to the 360. Loved the 360 until you changed it to the blue strip micro fiber inserts. Now they aren’t nearly as fluffy, with a lot less yellow fibers to pick up dust, and they flatten out immediately upon use.
I am so disappointed in swifter for this change. Why change it if it isn’t broken.😞

Smaller and not the same material as before

I have used swiffers for over 10 years. I buy them in bulk for my cleaning business. Unfortunately, I will no longer be giving this company my hard earned money. I am very disappointed with the new swiffers. They are smaller than the previous swiffers, not as thick, and have a new blue backing that has a plastic feel to it. The worst part is that with the actual swiffer duster being 2” shorter, the plastic white fingers that attach to the swiffer duster pad is now exposed and scratches anything that you dust. Baseboards, glass, cabinets, floors..they are all getting scratched. And don’t even get me started on the new design of the double sided swiffers with the plastic nubby fingers. Those are scratching surfaces and the material does not even attract dust anymore. Time to go back to microfibers. It’s more work, but less money, and actually picks up dust. These are a waste of consumer dollars.

Nope. Waste of money.

Waste of money. Does one small shelf then the rest falls to floor. Won’t waste my money again. Repeated attempts to fluff still will not pick up the dust. Obviously the inventor does not live in the country where dust is an every day thing. Wish I hadn’t even tried them.

We're sorry to hear you feel this way. One thing that may help with your attempts to fluff it is to hold both ends of the duster cloth and move your hands up and down in a wave-like motion.
