I was able to review this product for my own personal opinion everything expressed is my own view on the product. I have tried Mrs.Meyer's basil hand lotion for over a week now and I must say I am impressed with the ingredient list, I love the scent, and the bottle is estectically pleasing. The scent isn't to strong to cause a headache but it's real nice. I'm also surprised with how well it smells due to the fact that the scent is "basil". All review comments are entirely my own. I've bèen a long-time fan of Mrs Meyers cleaning products, and now I'm a fan of her skincare because of this basil scented lotion. My skin gets very dry throughout the day, and especially when cleaning and caring for children. All the hand washing and exposure to harsh chemicals like bleach and whatnot makes my skin cracked and dry, so finding a good everyday lotion has become hard. This lotion comes on greasy (which put me off at first) when you first apply it, but it absorbs and works fast with just one pump. It also spreads wonderfully, so I'm able to go up my arms and elbows. The g reasiness disappears after only a minute, and you're ready to go! Absolutely love this, and it smells so wonderful, and not in the least overpowering. This is now my go-to far as everyday use, but wouldn't use as a body lotions though. If they made this into one, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

I just want to say that this is an amazing lotion if your looking for a basil scent. Its not that overpowering and the lotion works well. The only small complaint that I would have, just for criticism is that it could use a bit more of the scent. It smells great. I would just like it to smell a bit more powerful. i was first a little skeptical of using a hand soap lotion with basil which i felt was just used for edible pruposes. i was pleasantly surprised by the smell and how soft and gentle my hands felt after use. i also felt my hands were very clean in feel. i received this product for free in exchange of my honest and unbiased review.

I really love the clean scent and the way it leaves my hands soft and refreshed.It does take longer than I like to soak in , but when it finally does it isnt greasy and heavy.I received mine free for an honest review.
