Not a fan of the lotion

*I received a sample of Mrs. Meyers basil hand lotion for free from Crowdtap in exchange for my honest opinion. The following views and opinions are my own.* I gave this lotion 2 stars for scent and texture. The lotion is thin and leaves a greasy feeling behind, which I didn't care for. I'm not a fan of the scent but my husband seems to like it; I would definitely say the basil is more of a man's scent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Definitely a keeper

I am Asian mom who almost always prefer to hand wash dishes in the kitchen. This has helped me prevent dry hands. I keep it on my bathroom counter and use it every time I wash my hands. I have thoroughly enjoyed these products I received to sample. The scent at first was extreme but over time mellowed. I love how the soap cleanses my hands without stripping the oils and the lotion keeps my hands soft between washings.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A new fresh favorite

Even though it's a hand lotion, I do get rough skin on my cheeks that it works great for. My elbow get dry and irritated from floor exercises but this takes care of that. My only complaints would be that the smell is a little strong, but I do like what smells subtly like cloves under the strong basil smell. The pump often distributes too much for just hands, so I'm glad my elbows need it too.
Pros: Easy pump top, Fresh Smell, Instant soft skin even when it was rough/flaky
Cons: The pump distributes too much sometimes, The smell is a bit strong at first
