first impression: amazed!

I always wanted to try out the Mrs. Meyer's product line and I was given the chance thanks to crowdtap who gave me free samples for reviewing. When I first got the basil scent I wasn't too impressed thinking I wouldn't like the smell. After trying to lotion, I still wasn't crazy over the basil scent. It's a nice change from my normal lotion. I try to use it every night before bed since it does leave my hands feeling soft with no crazy greasy feeling after. I will definitely be purchasing more of the Mrs. Meyer's line.

And the lotion doesn't leave a thick feeling residue. It absorbed fast leaving me soft.

I used the Basil scent. I wasn't sure if Basil would smell that nice as a soap or lotion but I was pleasantly surprised! It smells so fresh! I keep this set in my kitchen. Love Mrs. Meyer's

I received this product free in order to leave my honest review. I love Mrs. Meyer's products and especially their lotion. However, the basil scent just threw me for a loop. It's not bad, but very weird. I would describe is as something an older woman might wear for perfume. Not earthy or clean but kind of musky. Love Mrs. Meyer's lotion formula but not in Basil.
Pros: easily absorbed, makes skin soft, Not Greasy
Cons: Basil scent is weird

Excellent smell and quality!

It initially started in the bathroom, it was quickly moved to the kitchen as that has the highest traffic, I reach for it multiple times a day, doesn't dry my hands out, smells great and leaves my hands soft! The lotion is wonderful, it isn't oily or greasy, leaves hands soft and also smells good. I did not see on the bottle about the soap being antibacterial, if it isn't I would love for it to be but that would be the only thing I would change. Great sized bottles too!
