This product is good in theory but manufactured cheaply. I've purchased 5 mops over a 2 year period (no more!) because the metal handle easily stresses under pressure and breaks. I even tried adding 1 less extension which helps but still the metal handle breaks. The manufacture should double the thickness of the metal used otherwise stick to wooden handles.

The handle is too short, even though I am less than 5’3”. The wet pads do not stay attached & you have to constantly reattach. The pads are only effective for a small space such as a 5x8’, as they dry out quickly.

The Swiffer Sweeper was designed to make cleaning a breeze. We appreciate your feedback about the handle length and assure you that it will be shared with our team. When tucked into each corner the cloths should stay in place. They're are designed to dry fast, but one cloth should have enough solution to clean about 57 square feet. We'd like to make sure you get the most out of your Swiffer. When you have some free time, please reach out to us at (800) 214-8734.
Followed instructions for 1st time use and no liquid came out. The wetjet refill supplied with the starter kit had no refill and it just doesn't pierce the unit. Instructions are HORRID.

To use a Swiffer WetJet, make sure your batteries are fresh and inserted correctly. When inserting the bottle, place the narrower end facing towards the pole. If you have any questions, get in touch with us at 1-800-214-8734 and we'd be happy to help.
I just bought a Swiffer Dry/Wet Sweeping Kit. I went to assemble it together to find that it stands about 28 inches tall when assembled. What in the world is this? I'm missing a part?
