How I verify my floor is completely cleaned

Feeling comfortable in a perfect cleaned floor
Personally I change dusters until the last one comes out clean, free of dust.
I do the same with the wet swiffers, making sure the whole floor is totally cleaned👍🏻

Quality control needs to double check their work

Missing pieces 😢 I thought I was going crazy because when i opened it and im like hey easy peasy and then the nightmare as to why they weren't connecting properly this box came with a missing rod... 😔

I bought a Swiffer dry kit today and was very exited to use it, but when I tried to assemble it at home i realised the pole pieces weren't lining up, no matter what i do, so it must be at least one wrong piece of pole in there and now i can't use it without ruining my back. Very sad, and definitely not what i was expecting for it's money.

We'd like to mention that in order to put together our Swiffer Sweeper, you should slide one of the metal poles into the Sweeper head, add the remaining two poles, and then add the handle to the end of the last pole. Sometimes the pieces need to be twisted slightly to allow the buttons to catch. As well, our Sweepers have been thoroughly evaluated to be safe when used as directed, and we do hope that you're feeling better. Not a good choice

What changed with this mop/cloths. The four corner cloth grippers are so flimsy the cloths will not stay in place, particularly the wet cloths. The one I had many years ago held the cloths much better. It takes 2 wet cloths to clean a small bathroom floor because the cloths keep falling off. The dry cloths don't pick up dirt like they use to ok for dusting but not to really clean a floor.

does what it is designed to do

I like that this product is a sweeper and a wet mop. all you have to do is switch out the pad. What I don't like, and the reason this isn't 5 stars, is because I have to bend over alot to use it as I'm tall and it hurts my back. Please make one with a longer extending handle.

The thin aluminum handle and plastic connector do not hold up if you put any pressure on it. Also, it seems the pads have gotten smaller and barely fit.

Not great, waste of money

Garbage. refills won't stay on. not good quality. Tried several times to use the pads. The sweeper pad didn't pick anything up and the wet mop cam off everytime.

We're sorry you're disappointed the Sweeper isn't picking up as well as expected, and you're having trouble with the wet cloths staying on the sweeper head. We're dedicated to making it easier and convenient to have your home sparkling clean, and lot of thought and research goes into our product designs. For best results, we recommend use of the sweeper on a smooth surface. The sweeper locks in dust, dirt and hair, but it’s not intended to clean clumps of hair or whole pieces of things such as cereal. If you use wet cloths, you should sweep with a dry cloth first for best results. It's also important to align the edges of the fold to the edge of the mop head. This will ensure that the cloth fits in the grippers on both sides of the sweeper head. Also, ensure the cloth is tucked into all of the grippers on both sides of the sweeper head. Wet pad not good

Bought the kit. The wet pad didn't hold a little cat hair. I had to mop it into a pile and pick it up later. I like the dry ones. I can wet them if I want. Nice to dust & clean blinds, louvers, doors, walls, etc. It's a keeper.
