[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well let me first start by saying I love this swifter. I love the way the wipes deoderize my floors in my home. I also enjoy the cleanliness of my hardwood floors. The ease of not have to ring out a mop head is amazing as well.
I can't figure out how the pads attach to the mop. My pads aren't wide enough to get around to the grippers. Rubber banding them on didn't seen to help.

We're very sorry you're having this experience. To attach the cloth to the sweeper, fold the sides of the sheet over the edges of the sweeper head and tuck them into the grippers. It's important to make sure that you're using the Swiffer Sweeper Dry or Wet Cloths and not the WetJet cloths. The cloths for your WetJet will not fit the Sweeper. Please give us a call at 800-2148734, so we can learn more about your products and help you further.
I bought this product because I was a fan of the Swiffer duster. That thing is super effective at trapping dust.
To my surprise, it seems like there's always dirt and dust on the floor no matter how well you clean. This sweeper will show you just how dirty your house is and why you must clean often.
The only problem I have with this product is that it won't pick up large objects like you would with a sweeper and pan. It will only pick up dust, hair, and dirt.
The idea & concept of the Swiffer Sweeper Floor mop is great, and having a 4500 sq ft house with all hardwood floors except tiled bath & utility rooms, the Swiffer is a great way to easily keep my floors spotless... HOWEVER, echoing other NEGATIVE reviews, my handle just broke — HOW FRUSTRATING!!!!! P&G, please put your innovation team to work on strengthening & fortifying the mop’s handle. You can’t use this product, no matter how nicely it cleans floors, if the handle breaks. Also, how do I get a replacement mop, as I did not expect to have problems? Thus I threw away the grocery receipt it was on.

The wet pads always come off even you just cleaned a very small area. You need to put back the pads every minute to just finish the task. In frustration, I just used my hands or feet to mop. I thought the first time my swiffer was defective and hence bought a new one. It is still the same, wet pads come off easily. Very FRUSTRATING!!

We expect the pads to stay on until the job is done, so we're disappointed to hear this! We always want our products to make cleaning a breeze, so this certainly isn't the experience we want you to have. We'd like to look into this further to see how we can help, if you'll give us a call at: (800) 214-8734 when you get a chance!
You people should take more pride in your product. The wet pads keep coming off no matter how many times you attach them to this piece of trash. Like others have said these wet cloth pads dry out in use too quickly. Not a happy camper on this end!

Not rocket science, but I am thinking to contact Elon on this, or maybe go back to elementary school. I bought this and since the 30 days have passed, I am conformed to have a 3 pole Swiffer. When trying to connect the three metal poles with the handle and with the pad area, holes do not match. I have tried assembling the poles in different positions to no luck.
