Lightweight and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Swiffer Sweeper floor mop starter kit came with everything I needed to get started, the mop, dry pads and wet pads. The mop needs to be assembled, but is easy to put together, and the instructions aren't really necessary. The pads attach to the mop head and easily remove dust and dirt off my floors. The wet pads dry quickly, and both the wet and dry pads stay put while I'm using the Swiffer. The only cons I came across, is the mop handle is sort of flimsy, and it doesn't extend. I also wish there was an optional way to lock the mop head in place so that I can just mop straight without it swiveling all the time. The pros definitely outweigh the cons though, as the mop is lightweight, easy to use, affordable and works great.

Decent starter kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the swiffer products for many years, in fact, I still have my old swiffer products. I thought it would be good to update to the newer product since mine is so old. What a difference! The new swiffer product is much less sturdy and feels much cheaper than the older products. The starter kit did come with wet pads and dry pads. One thing you will want to make sure is that your floor is vacuumed before using this, which kind of defeats the purpose. If you have any larger items on your floor such as pet hair or fuzzies, this will just move it around rather than picking it up. Especially if you are using the wet mop feature, it will wet the dirt and you will smear it around the floor. Another thing that I had an issue with, is the cloth not staying in the gripper holes, they kept falling out and I had to keep fixing it. As far as cleaning, I was able to clean my darker wood floors and they looked very nice when I was done. However, I have lighter wood floors in the dining room and the cleaning solution left streaks which were visible. Whether or not you like this product will depend upon your cleaning preferences and the surface you are cleaning. If you do not have a large area to clean, such as a small kitchen area, this will be perfect for you. if you have a larger area, you will need to change the pads out very frequently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for a quick, cleanup!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer Sweeper Floor Mop Starter Kit is a great mop for all my dusting and mopping. It’s handy and easy to use. It’s great for everyday quick clean up. My floors tend to get dirt, hair and crumbs from pets and kids, so every few nights I use the duster pads to get all the mess and use the wet mop for a better finish. It definitely gets the job done and picks up most of the mess!
This is great that it comes with the wand, dry and wet pads. They are easy to put on to the end. Easy to take off and discard after your finished. The handle is an easy grip to hold on to and when finished, can easily be stored on a hook in the closet. So lightweight, convenient, easy to use, the kids even love dusting and mopping.

Great kit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great starter kit to have! It comes with 3 wet pads, 7 dry pads, and the actual Swiffer. I am amazed at how well the wet pads clean. I don’t really get to use the dry pads since my floors don’t respond to them but the wet pads are amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great mop for small messes and even large spills. It works wonders on sweeping hard floors as well as the random dust collecting throughout the month. I use it under the beds for a great clean home. I'm very impressed.

The ease of putting it together is spectacular, I opened it and had it ready to use in less than 5 minutes. The product cleaned the hardwood floors very well and swept up the sand and dirt quickly and effectively. I love the sturdiness of the handle and the curvature to reach into tight spaces. I can also get into corners easily. I would definitely recommend.

This product allows for sweeping and mopping by simply using attaching the appropriate cloth onto the bottom. Toss in the trash when finished. It simply pops together for easy assembly.
