Not worth it

It's a decent product but the cloths always come off when using it. I'll be mopping and the cleaning wipes come off. I like concept of it being small and light but it's a bit of Hassel with that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your cloth gripper does not last, each time one is forced to purchase a new kit, because the grip for cloth no longer grips, it becomes weak over use. It is not strong enough grip to hold the wet pads. What duration of times used is the grip expected to last? You really need to improve cloth attachments (grip) or produce a new way of attaching swifter pads of any type. Other than that the product works as advertised. Will look for your response…

Mop is flimsy and the pads inadequate

I purchased the 2 in 1 dry and wet swifter mop and pad refills and am soooo disappointed. They are NOT CHEAP but a waste of money. The mop is flimsy and very difficult to “mop”without the handle buckling. The wed pads (even the HEAVY DUTY ones) do no cover much area before they dry up.

Neue Form mit Noppen unbrauchbar!!!
Stoppt immer wieder während Nutzung wegen Noppen und wird nicht sauberer durch Noppen!!!
Bodentücher kurzer als zuvor, geht schlecht um einzuspannen!!!

easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] easy to use i'm fascinated with this drape in a few minutes fall the clean floor on the floor that will be squeezing the wet floor and list to clean. also dry floors to raise the octopus the hair of our mascots enchants me because it but it’s easy to clean. They’re very humble but the lavender is all but clean and with a very nice color. I recommend it 100% for easy clean-up.

Great for small houses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Swiffer I special love the heavy duty wet cloths and heavy duty dry clothes I also tried to regular wet cloths and regular dry cloth as well it did a really good job on my linoleum although I have three adult dogs and two puppies left over from a letter born around Thanksgiving the Swiffer no matter what cloth you use I do not recommend if you have a lot of indoor pets although the Swiffer did a pretty good job it's not able to keep up like I had hoped the heavy-duty ones would this is perfect for a small family and a small home with no pets

Great concept but difficult to use

I’ve yet to have the wet cloths stay on while mopping. Most often it falls off way before I’m halfway through with the room. The last time I used it, I ended up using the parity my hand not the swifter handle.

We always want you to be able to use our products with ease, so we're sorry that this has been your experience. We'd like to mention that you should only use our Wet cloths as directed, which would be with them attached to your Sweeper, not handled with your hands. We also suggest making sure that you wash your hands after being in contact with the cloths. To help the cloths stay attached while you're mopping, ensure that there's enough material to tuck into the grippers. You can try mopping with both hands, with one hand placed on the top of your Sweeper, while the other should be about halfway down. This allows you to put more downward pressure on the Sweeper head to help keep it flat during use.
