Worst mop I have ever used.

I have a swifter wet jet that I use so thought this one would work just as good. Disappointed is an understatement. Would never buy another one. Big waste of money. It broke the first time I used it in my RV. Flimsy and poor quality. The company needs to take it off the market. Only thing it’s good for is a play mop for my grand-daughter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great concept but difficult to use

I’ve yet to have the wet cloths stay on while mopping. Most often it falls off way before I’m halfway through with the room. The last time I used it, I ended up using the parity my hand not the swifter handle.

We always want you to be able to use our products with ease, so we're sorry that this has been your experience. We'd like to mention that you should only use our Wet cloths as directed, which would be with them attached to your Sweeper, not handled with your hands. We also suggest making sure that you wash your hands after being in contact with the cloths. To help the cloths stay attached while you're mopping, ensure that there's enough material to tuck into the grippers. You can try mopping with both hands, with one hand placed on the top of your Sweeper, while the other should be about halfway down. This allows you to put more downward pressure on the Sweeper head to help keep it flat during use. Easy and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the swifter for a few weeks and it is extremely easy to use. It comes with removable rods so that my kids can use it as well. The cloths and cleaning pads are easy to put on and remove. The swifter is effective in removing dirt as well as things that have dried up on the floor without having to scrub.

This is great to use for small areas like around and behind your toilets. Very flexible! I love the dry mop feature. I'm struggling with the wet mop heads though. Leaves a residue behind on the tile floors when you use those.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So quick and easy

It smells and feels so clean when I'm done. Swifer definitely disinfects and scrubs!! I like I can go from wet to dry in between mops also!!

Flimsy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 2 in 1 Swiffer is not as good as i thought it would be. The wet pads don't stay in the holes that you have to push them through (with your hands). They slowly get pulled loss while your mopping and come out. Its ok for the sweeper side, but I would rather just use a broom.

We suggest making sure that the green strip on the cloths is around the edge of the mop, and not on the floor while mopping. This should ensure there's enough material to tuck into the grippers. Frustrated by cloth gripper!

Although the product may be what I "needed"- what I don't need is to spend money constantly replacing the sweepers because it fails to hold the cloths! It is so frustrating. URGH!!! I'm just about ready to go back to using a regular mop and bucket it's cheaper than replacing these sweepers. The last one I purchased (approximately 1 month ago) has already lost its grip and I haven't used it more than three times! Did I say it already? URGH!!!! Tell me Swiffer people is it me or is it your product?

Great starter kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Swiffer Sweeper 2-in-1, Dry and Wet Multi Surface Floor Sweeping and Mopping Starter Kit is great! We have a small kitchen floor and it's been nice to use this every other day for quick cleanup of messes that the dogs make. My 11 year old can use it and because it's lightweight she doesn't complain when I ask her to grab it and Swiffer the floor. I like that it's slim and doesn't take much room to store it on the side of my refrigerator. The wet pads work really well to clean up mud that the dogs drag in as well as food spills.
