Crumbling rubber base

I love the Swiffer sweeper and use it every day. However, how do I order another base? The one I have is wearing out. The handle is fine, it’s just the rubber around the base where the cloths attach is crumbling.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Use it everyday

I have been using a swiffer for years. It is such a great tool and makes it so much easier to clean my floors. No more mop bucket. Very lightweight and easy to use. Changing the refill fluid is pretty easy as well. The pads pick up every little particle. Works fantastic on dry floors too. I have pets so I use it to get all of the fly away pet hair. I recommend for anyone.

Great for pet parents

It’s a great product and even held up to a chewy puppy minus a few teeth marks but the handle is not sturdy enough and feels so wonky, I’m worried it’s going to break. But great for muddy paws and child related chaos

Swifter wetpads continually slip off pad holder

Swifter works great for dusting floors...5 stars. However, the scrubbing process is disappointing...2-3 stars. The wet pad keeps slipping off the pad holder and requires reattaching too many times. Very frustrating. If there was a way the wet pads could be secured so they wouldn't slip off the pad holder, I would give them 5 stars.

Convenient and easy to use

I love that it has wet and dry applications. I use it often so it is worth the price. I’ve had it a long time though a few moves so it’s really durable and easy to transport. I also have two dogs and a kid so it makes cleanups simple and quick.

Need a replacement mop

I did need this product, but there is an important piece missing. Send a replacement mop please with all of the parts.

Dry pads good, wet pads too smelly

I got the starter kit to see if Swiffer could suit my needs. The dry pads worked well for my laminate wood floors when used with a spray-on cleaner. I was using a synthetic fiber dry mop but I hated washing it every time. The throw away pads are preferable. The wet pads cleaned my vinyl flooring nicely but oh, the smell! Too much, too strong, too lingering. It took a day to air out. I won't be using the wet ones.

Good when I need for the job

This swiffer is good for using but I just like using it for dry pick up because when I use it for wet the pad always comes out of the holes that you place it in so it can stay tight.
I would recommend this to a friend!
