Missing vital parts

I just bought a swiffer sweeper 2-in-1 dry and wet starter kit. One of the buttons that locks handle pieces together is missing so the handle doesn’t stay connected. Looking at reviews on other sites online I see this is a common problem in recent months. I can find no resolution on your website

Wet mop pads, JUNK!!!

The wet jet worked. The wet pads are worthless. Start out soaking wet then quick bone dry. Won't buy again.

Dry pads good, wet pads too smelly

I got the starter kit to see if Swiffer could suit my needs. The dry pads worked well for my laminate wood floors when used with a spray-on cleaner. I was using a synthetic fiber dry mop but I hated washing it every time. The throw away pads are preferable. The wet pads cleaned my vinyl flooring nicely but oh, the smell! Too much, too strong, too lingering. It took a day to air out. I won't be using the wet ones.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wet cloths a waste of money

The cloth does not fit properly on to the mop head - in order to use the green "scrubbing strip" the strip should be on the base of the mop. But to fasten the 4 corner securely on to the mop head the green strip is on the top of the mop. It is incorrectly placed on the cloth. Also after a few "sweeps" the cloths loosens and is useless. I tried to add a photo but your site didnt make it possible.

With our many quality checks, we expect every product to meet our high quality standards. In case this helps with securing the cloth in place, align the edges of the fold to the edge of the mop head. This will ensure that the cloth fits in the grippers on both sides of the sweeper head. Then ensure the cloth is tucked into all of the grippers on both sides of the sweeper head.

Handle so very short very awkward…

This swiffer is very short compared to the others I still have my original it measures 46” long this new swiffer wet/dry is only 38” tall very uncomfortable to use if you taller than 4 1/2 feet tall .I tried to send a pic but it won’t go through.

We can assure you the pole of our Sweeper is 46 inches, and we haven't changed the design of this product since 2009. In addition to the handle, there should be three pole sections that connect together. great with a flaw

This works quite well for both dry and wet cleaning, especially since I have to clean up after an old cat on a daily basis. I still use a regular mop for more deep cleaning, but this works great for quick clean ups. My only issue is the holes that hold the pad in place have stopped working. they no longer clench the mop pads. So everytime I mop I have to try to reposition the pads.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst mop I have ever used.

I have a swifter wet jet that I use so thought this one would work just as good. Disappointed is an understatement. Would never buy another one. Big waste of money. It broke the first time I used it in my RV. Flimsy and poor quality. The company needs to take it off the market. Only thing it’s good for is a play mop for my grand-daughter.

Smell

I don’t know what smell the two wet pads that came with the kit but they made me sick. The package does not state the smell unless I couldn’t see it.
