Swiffer’s Qualify Control is Terrible

I bought a Swiffer Wet & Dry. I assumed it was a bad box because the poles were incorrect; they forgot to include the pole with two wide ends to attach the handle to the rest of the broom, instead there were three with one narrow end. No problem, costumer service helped me out. I went to purchase a new one and that version had the pole with two wide ends, but it is not wide enough so I cannot attach the narrow end to it. Basically I have two Swiffers and not enough correct pieces to make a complete Swiffer. Who the heck is in charge of Quality Control?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I use the wet one to clean my windows inside and out! No rinsing! No squeegee! Now we need an extension rod.

Quick cleaning floors made simple

It's a simple product that works! Versatility with sweeping or mopping floors. No batteries needed. This is much better than the wet jet and power mop which can be problematic with the sprays not functioning properly and frequent changing of batteries. Do yourself a favor and just grab the 2-in-1 sweeper/mop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No longer any good

When these originally came on the market they were a 5 star product. Not anymore, I have more trouble than ever keeping dry or wet cloth attached to mop heads

To help with this issue, we suggest that you align the edges of the fold to the edge of the mop head. This will make sure that the cloth fits in the grippers on both sides of the sweeper head. Flimsy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 2 in 1 Swiffer is not as good as i thought it would be. The wet pads don't stay in the holes that you have to push them through (with your hands). They slowly get pulled loss while your mopping and come out. Its ok for the sweeper side, but I would rather just use a broom.

We'd be happy to share to ensure that the Wet cloths stay on while you're using your Swiffer Sweeper. We suggest making sure that the green strip on the cloths is around the edge of the mop, and not on the floor while mopping. This should ensure there's enough material to tuck into the grippers. As well, use both hands while mopping. One hand should be placed on the top of your Sweeper, while the other should be about halfway down. This allows you to put more downward pressure on the mop head to help keep it flat during use. We hope this helps. Terrible Product

Hands down the worst way I have tried to clean a floor. So much waste created by the pads. Such an inefficient way of mopping (had to pass over the same section of floor MULTIPLE times to get it even a little clean) that makes it take twice as long as it should. I'm going back to a bucket and mop.

Not up to standards

It looks easy but twists around too much and actually has to be held down hard to keep steady.
I was also given a coupon with QR code but cannot open it.
I have all the Swiffer line except new power mop and I like them all except the floor duster.

Thanks for sharing your experience with your Swiffer Sweeper Floor Cleaner, Roma. It sounds like your floor surface may not be fully compatible with your device. Your Sweeper should slide easily on finished, sealed, surfaces such as wood, tile, and laminate. Try using both hands when mopping. This will help apply even pressure on the Swiffer mop head while cleaning (one hand at top of mop, one hand further down on pole.) Know we're here to help if these tips aren't working.
