Missing pieces 😢 I thought I was going crazy because when i opened it and im like hey easy peasy and then the nightmare as to why they weren't connecting properly this box came with a missing rod... 😔
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent cleaning tool

This is excellent for cleaning my hardwood floors! I use various types of dry and wet cloths for this, and this is so easy to use to pick up hair and other debris on the ground.

Gréât for walls

I don’t use this for floors…but I use it for walls! When I first moved into my house, I decided to paint the whole house. And the best thing to prep the walls? Use the swiffer to get all the dust and cobwebs off. You’d be surprised how much dust you get off the walls.

Its okay but doesnt replace a vacuum cleaner. It does something but still doesnt seem or feel totally dust free. If you have a lot of dust it takes some but not all

Not great, waste of money

Garbage. refills won't stay on. not good quality. Tried several times to use the pads. The sweeper pad didn't pick anything up and the wet mop cam off everytime.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry you're disappointed the Sweeper isn't picking up as well as expected, and you're having trouble with the wet cloths staying on the sweeper head. We're dedicated to making it easier and convenient to have your home sparkling clean, and lot of thought and research goes into our product designs. For best results, we recommend use of the sweeper on a smooth surface. The sweeper locks in dust, dirt and hair, but it’s not intended to clean clumps of hair or whole pieces of things such as cereal. If you use wet cloths, you should sweep with a dry cloth first for best results. It's also important to align the edges of the fold to the edge of the mop head. This will ensure that the cloth fits in the grippers on both sides of the sweeper head. Also, ensure the cloth is tucked into all of the grippers on both sides of the sweeper head.
