It really is MATTE no sheen at all. i was expecting a light finish to the paper but it's like heavy copy paper. A light coating not gloss but more that standard copy paper would sharpen the printed image. If you want dead flat it's OK but for photo work it's too flat for me.

Used with an EPSON Artisan 1430 printer. Created a wonderful poster for a fundraiser. Saved us a lot of money we can print 19 more posters for the less than the price of a poster in a the print shop. Highly recommend this paper. Crisp clear images and text. My printer was able to feed it through without a single hiccup.

As paper it is very nice and can be printed on both sides But it is a little too thick for a standard product and does not bend enough for my printer (Canon Pixma 920) It frequently gets stuck in the printer.

I was very satisfied with this paper. I wanted to use it for printing watercolor and black and white photographs. I am happy with the resolution and am able to paint on this paper with no trouble. I am disappointed that i didn't take advantage of the buy one get one 33% off though.
