This is the best tape for registered mail packages. Hard to find in other stores. I could always find it at Staples.

I have no idea how it performed because i was the shipper of the package i wrapped with the tape not the receiver. I would have bought a smaller roll had it been available but a smaller roll was not on the shelf.

This reinforced paper tape is a much better option than clear packing tape. Very strong and a good tight seal.

The tape worked well for the first 5 minutes and then peeled up. Tried it a second time. Still didn't work.
