New scent sucks

This “new scent” is trash. If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. This is such a weird thing to do. Nobody. NOT ONE PERSON asked for this. Bring back the Dawn we know!

We acknowledge that this is the first scent change for Dawn Original in over ten years, and we apologize for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction this may have caused. The fragrance change of Dawn Ultra Original was implemented after receiving positive feedback during extensive testing with consumers. At this time, we do not have plans to reintroduce the old Dawn scent. Please rest assured that we value your feedback greatly and have already relayed it to our Research and Development team. Horrible new scent!

The new scent is sickening and horrible!!! It also does not rinse off anything well and makes me nervous to use on items that come in contact with food. Sadly, I will be looking for a new brand of dish soap.

New scent is AWFUL!!

WHY WHY WHY did you change the scent of the original dawn dish soap???? I have used Dawn for YEARS!! And now you have now made it so I cannot use Dawn any more. The new scent is awful and give me headaches. After all these years you are forcing me to change dish soaps.

Horrific new scent!

The new scent is HORRIBLE. Please change it back. I don't understand why you messed with a good thing. We bought your products because we LIKED IT! I liked the original scent! Now I need to change brands! I don't like the apple, nor do I want a FRAGRANCE FREE dawn! Change it back!

Go back to the old formula

The new formula does not create the same amount of suds as the old formula and the suds that are created dissipate after a few minutes.

Our products go through many quality tests to make sure they get your dishes clean effectively every time when used as directed, so we're sorry to hear that your Dawn Ultra didn't work as well as you were expecting, and we're glad you brought this to our attention. It may be helpful to know that using a scouring pad or washing a lot of extra greasy dishes can make the suds disappear more rapidly. In this case, use more dishwashing liquid. Additionally, you need to use more liquid if you have hard water, due to hard water containing a lot of dissolved minerals. To increase the amount of suds, we recommend adding the dishwashing liquid to the sink before adding water, and also be sure to use water that is 105°F to 115°F (40.56°C to 46.11°C).

Smells horrible

I just bought some Dawn EZ Squeeze, Green Apple dish soap. It smells nothing like green apples. It stinks like chemicals.
