Disgusting new smell

I have used Dawn for years but cannot handle the new scent. I tried but the smell is so bad I cannot do it.

Stink, stank, stunk!!!

Have you noticed that the only positive reviews are coming from "Influenster"? Every other single review for people that actually spent their hard earned money buying this garbage has been honest in saying that it smells putrid. I haven't used Dawn dish soap in close to a year since the original scent went away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible New scent

Used to be five stars, but they changed the scent and defeated the purpose of getting plain dish soap. They need to take the ducky off of the marketing if they're going to have fragrance like this animals do not like strong scents.

New Scent Is Off-putting

I recently bought a refill of Dawn Ultra and was unpleasantly surprised to learn it has a new smell which is perfumy and off-putting. I would not have bought it had I known it is perfumed now, which isn’t marked anywhere on the bottle as far as I can tell (nor even that the scent has changed).
I’ve bought Dawn Ultra for a long time because of its cleaning power and unobtrusive smell, but given the scent change I don’t think I can use it anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awful new clingy fragrance

The new scent is so, so bad, and that fragrance clings to everything washed. Loved original scent. Will not buy Dawn now. Wish I could give zero stars. It’s so disappointing when a great product changes to something intolerable.

Not scented, but disagreeable - it's SMELLY!

The new smell of blue Dawn is cloyingly sweet. The smell persists so much that washed items seem to require another rinse. Revert to the old formula, please.

To remove the scent from your dishes, please soak them in hot water with a bit of distilled white vinegar added to it. Toxic New Scent

The new scent causes my husband to have a headache and sneezing fits. I will have to throw a brand new bottle away. Please go back to the original formula! Dawn dish soap was my go to for tough stains in kids' clothing.
