What a terrible surprise with the new scent!

What a terrible surprise I had when I opened my last bottle of Dawn EZ Squeeze. The new scent is disgusting. It reminds me of my childhood and my mother would use Ivory Snow. It is a big surprise that this scent was trialed and people liked it. I immediately changed my bottle. Love this product but hated the new scent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

HORRIBLE NEW SMELL!

The new clean scent is horrific! Smells like laundry detergent and the smell lingers both on hands and dishes. My asthma is also very sensitive to chemical smells and instantly had a problem with this scent! Please dawn whatever you do don’t get rid of the original scent. This change was so unnecessary.

Another Thumbs Down For New Scent

The new scent is not pleasant and over powering. It lingers on clean dishes and over powers the food. If you wash your hands with it, the smells stays on for a long time like perfume. Please go back to the original scent. I’ve been a Dawn user for 20 years but will have to change to something with a neutral clean scent like Palmolive.

Horrible new scent

I have used dawn for as long as I can remember and I bought a new bottle and the new scent is just dreadful! It smells like old rotten cheap perfume. Sadly I will have to look for a new brand of dishsoap.

Awful- it's ALL perfumed.

Please bring back the original scent of Dawn- too many of us can't use this "new" clean scent. Smells horrible and makes our throats hurt! HORRIBLE.

“New Scent” is awful!

Just picked up a fresh bottle of Dawn at the grocery store and noticed it smelled awful. Then saw the “new clean scent” sticker. It smells awful. Dawn has been my dish soap of choice for years, but now I will have to find something else — likely scented, but with something less awful. Dish soap does not need to be scented! And now I am stuck with a huge bottle of this new formula!

The new "Clean Scent" is TERRIBLE!!! I will not ever be buying this again unless they go back to the ORIGINAL scent.
