Bring back the former scent

Love Dawn dish soap which I’ve used for over 20 years. I do not like the new scent. My best friend and I feel the same way. When they were still changing over to the new scent in stores, I bought about 10 of the old scent so I could have it as long as possible! I don’t understand Dawn’s persistence in suggesting that those who don’t like the new smell use their fragrant-free option when it seems pretty consistent that people prefer the previous product.

Horrible new scent I like why did you change it??

I bought this dish soap and I use to love the original scent now this new scent is horrible I sneeze everytime I use it also the new scent is so strong it stays on my dishes on to my food horrible scent please please change it back so I can continue to buy

This is the first scent change in over 10 years, and it was implemented after receiving positive feedback during extensive testing with consumers. While scent preferences will vary from person to person, we would never expect a scent to cause any negative reactions, and our products go through extensive testing to ensure safety with proper use. While you may have done so already, please discontinue using the product to avoid any further sensitivity. In regard to the lingering scent, we wouldn't expect this to be your experience either, however, if the soap isn't completely rinsed off, or if the dishes have become porous, it is possible. If certain items always pick up a flavor, they're probably worn to the point of being porous and should be washed by hand. It might help to know that cast iron and plastic items can absorb flavors. To remove the scent/taste, please soak the dishes in hot water with some distilled white vinegar added. New scent, no thanks.

I used to be a devoted user of Dawn soap. With the new change in scent I can’t bear to use it anymore. It’s pungent and gives me a headache when I’m just trying to clean dishes.

Don’t like the new scent

I do not like the new scent. I grew up on Dawn and remember the original scent. This new scent it’s not the same, it smell funny. Don’t think I will be buying Dawn anymore.

Hate the new scent.

Can you even use this on wildlife with the new scent. It would have been better with no scent. The scent is horrible and way too strong. It lingers on dishes and your food. Its obvious eveeyone hates it, can you trg again with the scent.

Smell

I hate that Dawn changed its original scent to “clean” scent. Way to perfume smelling! I am sensitive to smells and so disappointed that I will have to find another Dawn scent or product.
