Stinks and is awful

I absolutely hate this smell and will be on the search for something to replace Dawn. You can’t even get the smells out of your cups and dishes. Horrible

No more Dawn

Have been using Dawn forever but have stopped because of the new scent. It burns my eyes so I have started using Palmolive.

New scent a MASSIVE disappointment.

I never write reviews. Ever. But the OG scent change has me MASSIVELY disappointed. It feels ridiculous how disappointed I am over it, but the original scent and effectiveness has kept me a loyal customer for the past 20 years. Even switching back after a trial with Platinum, simply for the original scent. Obviously I'm biased over the OG scent, just as I see a lot the customers are, but it wasn't even switched to something that smells good! Why tweak a great thing that everyone loved?? 😭😭💔💔

Worst product I've ever tried!

Original dawn was everyone's favorite, this new "clean" scent is absolutely appalling. I'm so confused why a company with so many loyal consumers would intentionally ruin their company. This dish soap smells like cheap perfume and chemicals. It's so overpowering. The smell literally ruined my expensive yeti coffee cup. You cannot get rid of the smell or the taste. Id rather was my dishes in nothing but hot water than use this product. It make s your dishcloths stink, it gives you a headache, and it simply doesn't make any sense to me why you ruin a perfectly good product to bring in a new product theat no one likes. Definitely not good for business. Nobody wants their dishes to takes like chemicals and perfume......c'mon y'all! Really!?!?...I wouldn't wash my dog with this crap, let alone my dishes. So so disappointed. I wish I could give a -5 star review because, quite frankly, it doesn't even deserve 1 star. It's your job to give consumers a product they can feel good about and you're failing miserably. We all want the original scent back!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New Scent STINKS

The "new scent" is HORRIBLE!!! It's like washing your dishes in perfume!!! You can offer all the different scents you want, BUT BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL!!

Can you say anaphylaxis???

New fresh scent made my throat close and i got immediate hives! I would not recommend. Bring back the original scent!!! I also got an immediate headache and it lasted on my hands despite washing them 10x with something else. My family has been using dawn like it was an heirloom for 50+ years and sadly I will no longer be using it if this is the scent. My health will not let me. Based upon these reviews, it sounds like the company doesn’t care. This is disheartening.

Bring Back The Original Scent ASAP Please!

The ORIGINAL scent was what I grew up with and and I LOVED the smell of it. I was a happy customer until they actually stopped making Original and replaced it with New Clean Scent.
If you want 5 stars please bring the ORIGINAL scent back before your product line literally goes down the drain...
I do not want to switch brands at all -I have been a loyal Dawn fan my whole life but I just can't find a scent that is mild enough. The Botanicals were a nice line and I suggest you go back to lighter scents and not stick with overpowering cheap perfume/ chemical scents.
