The new scent literally gives me a migraine and makes my asthma act up. Please, I haven't met one person that likes it yet, change it back!

This is my review for this Dawn EZ Squeeze Ultra Original dish soap. I really like this Dawn dish soap. I like the look of the squeeze bottle. You don't need a lot. It smells good. It cleans your dishes really well.

Horrible Scent

This was the only dish soap I've every known. 50 years. The new scent lingers on everything. You can smell it in our food and drinks because it doesn't wash off. It makes you hands smell for hours. It gets inside of your nose and you can't stop smelling it.
I lived through the New Coke debacle. This might be just as bad. Too bad by the time dawn fixes this I will have already found a new soap. You have the superior product with a huge loyal customer base. All you have to do is not screw it up. Failed!

This is the first scent change for Dawn Original in over 10 years, but please be assured that we value your feedback greatly and are sharing it with the rest of our Dawn Team. Consumer feedback is vital in helping us improve our products and ensuring that we deliver the best possible experience to our consumers; it’s also instrumental in guiding the Dawn Team as they continue to work on future innovations. In regard to the scent lingering, we wouldn't expect this to be your experience, however, if the soap isn't completely rinsed off, or if the dishes have become porous, it is possible. If certain items always pick up a flavor, they're probably worn to the point of being porous and should be washed by hand. It might help to know that cast iron and plastic items can absorb flavors. To remove the scent/taste, please soak the dishes in hot water with some distilled white vinegar added. For your hands, a mid hand soap should help dissipate the scent. We hope this was helpful, but we'd like to learn more about your experience, try to make things right, and tell you more about our Dawn Free & Clear version that offers our lightest scent. Horrible New Scent

I rate the new scent a -100 for Dawn Ultra. The scent is overpowering for people sensitive to scents. The new formula caused a rash and made me sick. Was a lifelong user and now will use no more. You shouldn't have changed it. Bring back old formula!!!

Have to give it a 2, because it does work. But the stink is overwhelming, I probably won't finish this bottle. Bad idea.

Unfortunately, Can’t even use it anymore

I have always used Dawn but no more. The new scent is so overpowering that I was getting a migraine every day. Why change something that is already great? Had to give away an entire refill sized bottle.
