Another thumbs down for the new scent

I can't think of the last time I used a dish soap other than Dawn. Unfortunately, I'll now be looking for a new product. Like most of the posts here, I cannot stand the new scent. Not only do I not like the fragrance, it actually gives me a headache. I have no idea what led the brand team to make the change.
Also - very strange that most of the reviews are negative - except from the ones from influenster.com, which are obviously being used to skew the reviews. Sad.

Bring back the original scent

There is no other scent of dish soap that I love more than the original Dawn. It brings me back to going to my Aunt's Lake house. We were a Palmolive family and she always used Dawn. I can't begin to say how devastated I was the first time I did dishes and realized the scent had changed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best ever!!

I absolutely love Dawn Squeeze Dish Soap! I posted two pictures to show how well it works—the first picture shows the soap on my dishes, and the second picture is literally just me rinsing it off without even scrubbing. The grease and mess came right off with almost no effort.
It’s super concentrated, so you only need a little bit, and I really like the squeeze bottle design—it makes it so much easier and less messy than regular dish soap bottles. This has honestly made doing dishes so much faster and easier.
Highly recommend this soap to anyone who wants powerful cleaning without all the scrubbing!

Used to love dawn until they changed the scent

I used to love dawn and used it for many different cleaning purposes. Since the scent change, I can no longer use it since it smells like headache. It's too bad and I hope they actually take the feedback from so many disappointed customers and find a way to recreate the original scent, or something similar. It's not that the original scent was so fantastic, it's just that it smelled basic like soap instead of want to be air freshener that has no place on dishes.

Not a fan of the new scent

The new scent has made it near impossible for me to use it. It is so strong and gives me a headache. Then I’m unable to get it off my hands. I hope you can go back to the original scent or come out with “ Classic Dawn” for those of us that are finding it difficult to use the current Dawn.

Works amazing

Dawn dish soap is My absolute favorite dish soap. It is the only brand that I use. It has a clean smell to it and it does a fantastic job on getting the dishes clean and removing any grease. It is reasonably priced and is safe to use on anything.
