Horrible Scent

This new scent is awful. I had to throw away a large bottle of this because the scent lingered on my hands and gave me a headache. I had really liked Dawn dish soap but unless you bring back the original scent, I'll be finding something else.

Smells like an old trollup covering up cig stench.

New "clean" scent is too strong and perfumy! Do you know what smells clean? Soap...soap smells clean. Like original scent Dawn! Your new scent smells like an asthma enducing old lady perfume. It made me physically ill. This will be going in the trash and I'll be finding a new brand. I'm thankful I have the luxury to do so.

Bring Back the Original

Scent is sickingly sweet but more importantly, it does not suds up like the old Dawn. Why did you have to take the old Dawn off the shelf.

Not the Same

Dawn original dish soap was our favorite. Since the formula has changed we will be looking for a different dish soap; that is, unless P&G reverts the formula. We don’t want washed items smelling like an air freshener.

Stinks like port a potty air fresheners

Horrible stench. I've been using Dawn for over 40 years and never again. I needed the mild scent to not cause horrible migraines and my skin PEELING OFF MY HANDS from the new scent. You ruined it.

Horrible New Scent!

If I could give this no stars, I would! Just like most everyone else agrees, this new scent is awful!! Original Dawn was one of my favorite smells. Why mess with perfection?!? When I realized what had been done, I returned the 2 “new” bottles I bought and found the last few original scent bottles. After these are gone, you’ll lose yet another customer. I don’t want to try lemon or unscented (seems to be the recommendation by Dawn now). By the looks of these reviews, I’m not the only one who can’t stand this new scent. Please bring back the original!

Hate the new scent

New clean scent smells like someone sprayed axe deodorant on an ashtray. I’ve used dawn my whole life. I’m so sad and disappointed.
