New Scent is terrible

I've been using the original blue Dawn only for many years. The new scent not only is too strong, but it lingers on our dishes. I don't often leave negative reviews, but I can't cant even finish the bottle of the new scent. Pleeeeease...change it back!

We do put a lot of thought into creating features that we think you'll like, and we also have many quality checks to ensure that you can use our products with ease. We'll be sure to share your comments with the rest of our team. We'd like to mention that we wouldn't expect Dawn to impart the scent into your dishes. However, if the soap isn't completely rinsed off, or if the dishes have become porous, it is possible. If certain items always pick up a flavor, they're probably worn to the point of being porous. We suggest not letting these items soak, and making sure to rinse them immediately. Shame on you for changing a good thing!

I didn't notice the previous change in scent because I wasn't buying much Dawn at the time having a dishwasher and all.. I moved into a house without a dishwasher and won't get around to remodeling the kitchen to have one until next year... That aside, I've been buying more Dawn than before and I'm completely dissatisfied with this new scent and am switching brands immediately. I've used Dawn for over 30 years and I'm done. Get your stuff together proctor & gamble!!

NEW CLEAN SCENT IS AWFUL...

The "New Clean Scent" is Horrible I've only ever purchased Dawn's Original Dish Soap and sadly will no longer be purchasing any Dawn Products. My hope is that they get enough complaints and decide to go back to the original scent. P&G's R&D really did a poor job on this, they should have rolled out the Clean Scent as an additional option not a total replacement. If it ain't broke don't fix it...

It stinks!

The new clean scent of dawn is horrible. It has a thick deep perfume scent that lingers. I want the original back that I have been buying for many many years. If that’s all Proctor and Gambel have to offer I will be going back in time purchasing Palmolive.

New scent gross

I've been buying Dawn dish soap for over 30 years. The new scent is gross, burns my eyes and breaks my hands out. I will be buying different dish soap from now on unless you go back to the Original Scent

New Scent is Terrible

The “New Clean Scent” is terrible. Why change it and make it the same color as original blue Dawn? It smells like it should be pink. I love the EZ Squeeze bottle, but this is disappointing.
