The new scent is awful!! Did you consider those that are allergic or sensitive to fragrance? Why change a good thing?! Won't buy again.

New fragrance destroyed what was a great product

Extremely offensive smell and when using hot water it floats throughout the kitchen dining &living room. Who wants a fragrance like that so strong and unpleasant. You ruined what was a great product, now shooping for another brand

Unpleasant scent

I only used Dawn but this new formula is terrible. Seems they used their Powerwash formula and added to the original dawn. I very much dislike this product now.

The fragrance change of Dawn Ultra Original was implemented after receiving positive feedback during extensive testing with consumers. Please be assured that we value your feedback greatly and it’ll be shared with the rest of our Dawn Team. Consumer feedback is vital in helping us improve our products and ensuring that we deliver the best possible experience to our consumers; it’s also instrumental in guiding the Dawn Team as they continue to work on future innovations. Regarding wildlife, all Dawn products, including its perfumes, are extensively evaluated for safety and are safe for use as directed. This includes the use of Dawn for emergency first-aid intervention by trained professionals in accidental exposures of animals – including accidental oil contamination of marine wildlife. Dawn is a very effective agent for removal of oil contamination from fur/feathers, and this emergency intervention by trained personnel is a well-recognized and beneficial medical intervention. Terrible new scent

The new scent is nauseating. Went from a soap scent to a chemical scent. Why? Been using Dawn forever but I can’t do this new scent. It gives me an instant headache.

New Scent isn’t good.

For over 15 years I’ve been using Dawn original. Now with this new scent, I can’t take the smell. The new fragrance is so potent and it stays on my Tupperware. Sadly I will no longer purchase Dawn. The original scent was the best.

Love the new package, do not like the scent at all. It should not be allowed around food. Will empty the bottle and refill it with something else.

New smell is really bad.

“New Clean Scent” is terrible and overpowering. Never thought I’d need to find a new dish detergent, but here we are. I have purchased Dawn my entire adult life, but I will not buy it anymore unless they switch back. I will also be returning the bottle I just purchased.

New fragrance is terrible and an allergen

If you’re going to add such a strong fragrance you should remove the duckling.
Part of the thing I love about dawn is that it’s gentle on my skin and smell, I have to stop using dawn altogether now that I can’t trust if I buying one that I’m allergic to.
