NEW CLEAN SCENT THUMBS DOWN!!!!!👎

I have used the original Dawn for as long as I can remember. But the New Clean Scent is terrible. It makes my dishes have this smell even after rinsing. I threw away a large bottle, still full. The smell is why I can't use the Platinum. I am having to find a new dish soap which is not easy. Please reconsider and go back to the original. Sometimes change isn't good.

Leaving Dawn after four decades because they changed to this new "Clean Scent". Terrible marketing mistake.

For Easy Clean Up

As a baker, I really appreciate these EZ SQUEEZE bottles! I wash a lot of dishes and sometimes I have to be fast about it. Dawn EZ SQUEEZE clean scent is my go-to every time. I love how easy my dishes come clean. Very little scrub and even can clean thick stuck on hard to remove stains from dishes with little to no prescrub. The smells is really nice and I don't find it harsh on my hands.

Dawn Stinks!

The new fresh scent is nauseating. I use Dawn on everything but I’ll be looking for another product. Smells like cheap perfume. The odor stays on your hands and even in the air. How disappointing!

Awful new "clean" scent

It really should be zero stars. New clean scent is awful and no matter how much we rinse cups it lingers inside the cup. Please change it back!!!

Just so you're aware, some materials, such as cast iron and plastic, can absorb odors. If certain items always pick up an odor, they could be old or worn to the point of being porous. New Scent Nauseating

I use Dawn on everything. Opened the first new scent bottle today. Oh my gosh, it’s perfumey smell is nauseating. Like a cheap perfume you cannot wash off. After years and years I’m going to have to find a new dishwashing liquid.

1. Fresh scent is more appropriate for clothing/fabric, not cookware

Time for damage control

The ratings are in and Dawn dish soap is losing a record number of customers. I think it would be safe to just go ahead and admit that you were wrong to change the scent of the original formula. 74% of people recommended this product on February 20 per stats from this website. Today is March 1 and your approval rating on this product has dropped to 63%. What do you think of your Research and Development team now? I’ll bet the people at Palmolive love them.
