Hate new scent

Hate the new scent

Love the product….NOT THE CLEAN SCENT!

I love Dawn dishwashing detergent for my dishes and for my laundry! It is a phenomenal product. However, the last bottle that bought, advertised a new clean scent. It was the only scent available.
I got it and used it, and as my friend so elegantly stated, it smelled like a cheap scent of trash bags! It really nauseated me. Now, I will be going into the grocery stores, sniffing Dawn dishwashing detergent, checking for my beloved ORIGINAL SCENT. I hope I find some!!

It may be a good idea to stop using this bottle, as your experience wasn't completely comfortable. Big mistake

Your new scent is absolutely horrible. I don't like scented anything anything i.e. laundry soap etc let alone dish soap that makes my dishes stink. used to love your product. not any more. You totally blew it Stupid!

Change back to original scent

New 'Clean Scent' is awful. I hate fragrance smells on my dishes. Please change back. I've had this bottle for a while, just got it out of the cabinet, so I can't return it!

We're very sorry about this, and want to assure you that we don't expect any Dawn dish soap to permanently fragrance any dish. However, if the soap isn't completely rinsed off, or if the dishes have become porous, it is possible. If certain items always pick up a scent, they're probably worn to the point of being porous and shouldn't be allowed to soak in soapy water for extended periods of time. Wash quickly and rinse thoroughly. We know that preferences can vary from person to person, though, so we really appreciate your taking the time to reach out. The worst

I used to only use dawn, it worked great and didn’t have added fragrance. Now it’s smells awful and I can’t use it anymore as it gives me migraines! Change it back please! I don’t want to have to hunt down fragrance free dish soap and pay more for a product that doesn’t work as well
