Love the product….NOT THE CLEAN SCENT!

I love Dawn dishwashing detergent for my dishes and for my laundry! It is a phenomenal product. However, the last bottle that bought, advertised a new clean scent. It was the only scent available. I got it and used it, and as my friend so elegantly stated, it smelled like a cheap scent of trash bags! It really nauseated me. Now, I will be going into the grocery stores, sniffing Dawn dishwashing detergent, checking for my beloved ORIGINAL SCENT. I hope I find some!!
Again, I love the product , but despise the new clean scent. Go back to the original, please.

It may be a good idea to stop using this bottle, as your experience wasn't completely comfortable. While we don't have plans to bring back the previous scent, it may help to know that a new Dawn Free & Clear is currently available. This bottle is Fragrance-Free, but has all of the cleaning power of Dawn. We'd love to hear more about your experience in order to make a complete report and to help you further. The new “clean” scent is absolutely terrible. It makes doing the dishes, an already annoying task, unbearable.

The "New Clean Scent" is absolutely terrible. Not only is the scent extremely unpleasant and strong, but the smell now lingers on the things it washes. This was once a product that could clean a baby duckling, I doubt the product is gentle enough for that to be remotely humane now. Terrible decision. Bring back the old scent, stop trying to fix things that aren't broken.

I've been using Dawn original soap for as long as I can remember. I dislike the new clean (original) scent. I will no longer be purchasing Dawn after the bottle I currently have. Peace Dawn.

This new scent is terrible. Bring back the original. Done with Dawn if this is the scent. What compelled you to change a classic?! Reminiscent of New Coke
