Won't purchase again due to cloying new scent.

The new scent is aweful. It's overbearing and It stays on anything porous. Often even the food cooked in a pan washed with it takes on the scent. I've purchased a generic brand and won't buy Dawn again unless they go back to the original scent. Disappointing as I've been a lifetime user of Dawn.

Awful, migraine-inducing smell

Dawn - why in the world would you change the scent of your original blue formula after all these years?!? This new scent is awful and triggers an instant migraine. No one wants their dishes and cups to smell like this. The smell then runs off on the taste. Absolutely disgusting. Too much fragrance! One star is too many but it would not let me give zero. Go back to the original. Not that you care, but you have lost yet another loyal Dawn customer.

New scent instant migraine! Perfume! WHY???!

Lost a customer of 40 years! Why would you change your best seller adding perfume! I just had to use facial scrub on my hands to get thAT HORRIBLE HEAVY PERFUME SCENT OFF MY HANDS! Retiring to target left a review along with the Hundresed of others that HATE THIS HORRIBLE SCENT! BIG MISTAKE HUGE! Tide did it! Glade did it! Gain did it! I won’t buy any of it! Have to use unscented Everything NOW! The one thing in my life I never had to give a thought to, just grabbed the Dawn at the the store. NO MORE! Now stressed about FREAKING DISH-SOAP ALONG WITH ALL THE OTHER STRESS IN MY LIFE! Thank you for that! You lost a loyal customer of 40 years!

Absolutely awful new scent.

After using only Dawn for over 30 years, I'm sorry to say I will never buy again it. So disappointing, as Dawn cleans the best and actually smelled good (in a subtle, not overpowering way).
Utterly baffling choice on the company's part to change the formula at all, much less to something so unpleasant.

New "scent" is terrible.. why would you change what isn't broken... will have to find new dish soap now bc I just can't with the nasty strong scent it now has... change it back.. it's clear no one likes or even wanted this " new scent"... just nasty...
