Horrible dispenser

What a terrible new dispenser on this product. This used to be my favorite dish soap. Not anymore. I will buy a different brand.

Original dispenser works better for me

Not a huge fan of the new EZ-Squeeze for a couple of reasons. It does leak some on the counter. It is not that easy to operate if you have hand strength issues due to tendonitis and carpal tunnel. Also you do have to occassioally flip it to get air to help get the product out. I am going to look in other stores to find the Ultra Gentle in the old dispenser.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We're sorry you are having difficulty squeezing the Dawn EZ- Squeezing the bottle and leaking, Elsa. Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. Dried product accumulated around the cap could have caused this. If so, rinse the cap with water and dry it off. As for the leaking, we recommend loosening the cap to release the pressure, then re-tighten it back on the bottle. Then, give the bottle one big squeeze onto a sponge or into the sink for about 2 seconds. So we can help you further, please call us at (800) 725-3296 Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

Too hard to squeeze. Hurts my hand.

I would not recommend this for people over 50 like myself. It hurts me very much trying to get this to squeeze out.. It is New from the store, so it is Not dried out. It's just that people like me with joint issues cannot easily use this.

New smell causes migraines

I’ve been a lifelong Dawn user but the smell of this new scent smells like disgustingly migraine inducing cat litter chemicals. Please please please change it back. I cannot use this soap anymore.

Terrible new scent

1 star because in order to comment I have to pick a star. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE NEW SCENT. In a market where you have other choices available, you took a big chance. The market who does not know the original scent, doesn’t do dishes yet. This loyal client is buying Palmolive.

The new scent is just awful. Literally migraine inducing. What moronic MBA at this company convinced the product folks that changing the SCENT of best selling ORIGINAL SCENT dawn was a good move?

Horrible and disgusting new scent

Popped open the new bottle and instant migraine. I almost puked, the new scent is so bad. Who in their right mind wants this all over stuff they eat off of? I was a long time customer, and will now be changing brands. I also find it really interesting that the only good reviews are paid reviews and the rest are from actual customers. Seriously, such a bad series business moves.
