The EZ Squeeze isn't easy

I love the new turn down bottle design, but not the pain it leaves my hands in. The EZ Squeeze isn't easy. Squeezing this bottle leaves my thumbs and hands sore overtime. Please change bottle to a more comfortable design.

New "Clean" scent UNBEARABLE

I've used Dawn original scent for decades and I'm very sensitive to scents. The new "Clean" scent is awful and unusable in my household. I will no longer purchase ANY Dawn product as long as the original scent is unavailable. The change was unnecessary and improved nothing. Maybe learn to listen to customers instead of a clueless individual within the corporation. Great way to ruin your own money making product! If I could give a negative amount of stars, I would.

New Clean Scent

I am so sad about the new clean scent of Dawn. I have horrible allergies and original dawn I could clean with and not sneeze or get a head ache. I understand keeping up with all the scented items customers love, but can I find original scent in anything? I will have to change to fragrance free because of the smell, but it was nice to have to light scent to make the kitchen smell clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

New scent is horrendous.

“Clean new scent” dish soap. Agree 100% with Gabby1967 below- The clean new scent is headache-inducing. I had to throw away the bottle 3/4 used. Please never get rid of original scent. I have been using Dawn dishwashing liquid since it was first introduced in 1973. This new scent is a failure. You should do PIPs for the team that created it. I wanted to give a 0 rating but platform won’t allow.

Horrible new scent

Used to be the best dishwashing liquid, without exception. The new squeeze bottle is great. However, the new scent is awful and has, in my opinion, ruined the product. It is awful. Why not keep the original scent as an option? I will no longer use this product unless/until the original scent returns.

Awful, unusable new scent!!

Whyyyyy the new scent?!?!?! I cannot use this anymore and I am So disappointed. How is it possible this could still be used on helpless animals too? This was the *least necessary change ever made!!!!

When we design our products, we do extensive research and consumer testing to create features that we think you will love. Regarding this update, the first one in over 10 years, we worked with a team of consumers, picking the scent they all preferred most. We know that preferences can vary from person to person, though, so we really appreciate you taking the time to reach out. All Dawn products, including its perfumes, are extensively evaluated for safety and are safe for use as directed. This includes the use of Dawn for emergency first-aid intervention by trained professionals in accidental exposures of animals – including accidental oil contamination of marine wildlife. Dawn is a very effective agent for the removal of oil contamination from fur/feathers, and this emergency intervention by trained personnel is a well-recognized and beneficial medical intervention. If you need further help with this purchase, or would like a hand giving a different version of Dawn a try if Ultra Original won't work for you anymore, give us a call. Dawn easy squeeze is a mess

I bought the easy squeeze Dawn for the no mess. This morning, my sink is covered in Dawn. It is leaking. So much for no mess. I would return it, but not sure where I bought it.

Then give the bottle one big squeeze onto a sponge or into the sink for about 2 seconds. If your bottle continues to leak, then please give us a call at (800) 725-3296.
