Sickening scent.

I bought a refill size not realizing that the scent was changed. My immediate reaction was an instant headache with waves of nausea. I’m really sad that you felt the need to change the product. The original scent was the reason I started using Dawn in the 80s and now the new scent will be the reason I stop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't get the new scent off. Where's QA?

The new clean fresh scent of Dawn is much too strong a won't rinse off of my Tupperware pitchers that I use daily. I like the new no flip squeeze bottle but will rinse with vinegar before refilling with original scent.

New smell = terrible.

I have used Dawn for most of my life. Love the product. I should say, loved. The new scent is so off-putting that I can no longer use it. I don't even know what it's supposed to smell like, but whatever it is, it's bad. And judging by the 100s of other reviews, I am not alone. I highly recommend you revert back to the 'classic, family loved scent'. Please, think of the ducks.

If you’re using one of our EZ-Squeeze bottles, and it seems to get harder to dispense after it's been in use awhile, there may be buildup on the opening. EZ-SQUEEZE IS NOT EASY!

The new EZ-SQUEEZE NO FLIP NO MESS bottle does not work well when you are filling a sink soap dispenser or a handle sponge. It takes too long to keep squeezing the bottle to get the soap to come out. It is not user friendly. It is too hard for elderly people to squeeze, especially if they have arthritis. I will not buy this type of soap bottle again.

Terrible new fragrance

I had to replenish my bulk supply recently, only to find my dearly loved original scent replaced with an awful new scent. I do not want my food to taste like fragrance from my dishes. It's unappealing and the original scent was neutral to the palate. I've used it for decades and before me, my grandmother used the same Dawn original scent. The original wasn't just a mild non intrusive scent, but nostalgia in the kitchen for many of us who learned to love Dawn by having that love passed down to us from our loved ones. You can't replace that kind of loyalty by introducing something new to us long time users. You'll lose us all.

Awful change. Lost a faithful customer

The new scent is awful. Go back to original. My family is highly allergic to new scent and can’t get the smell out if dishes. So gross!!
