BRING BACK ORIGINAL CLEAN SCENT!

The new scent is horrible! It makes me have a headache and makes my skin itch like an allergic reaction. Bring back the old scent, please! If I wanted my house to smell like a chemical reaction gone wrong I’d buy a cheap air freshener from the dollar store.

good bye dawn

I have been a Dawn Ultra user for 30 plus years. I have been unable to find my next jug of it, although I have found Dawn now in about 10 different versions with new scents, new power, yada yada. You lost me as a customer. What was wrong with the original Dawn Ultra.

Awful new clean scent!

The new clean sent is awful! It's allergy symptom triggering and headache inducing. I am hopeful that you will bring back the original scent and allow the clean scent to be an option for those who like a fragrance variety. Please bring back the original scent. It's my goto for everything! I've used ut for years!

Unfortunate Aroma

I am disappointed with the new "Clean Scent" that has replaced the original. I have been using Dawn for most of my life. I enjoyed that the former offering was very close to scent free. This new offering triggers a headache and the need to wash the smell off of my hands. The soap still works great, however I will be on the hunt for something different.

Quality and safety have always been at the forefront of everything we do, and while scent preferences will always vary from person to person, we would not expect you to be getting a headache when using it as directed. This is because all of our products go through extensive testing to ensure safety with proper use. Your wellbeing means a lot to us, so please discontinue using the Dishwashing Soap if you haven't done so already. Additionally, if you wash your hands with a mild dish soap a couple of times, the scent should dissipate. Why did they change it? The new fragrance gave me an instant headache I knew something was wrong immediately. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I won’t be buying Dawn again until they change it back.

Please label scents on the bottle.

This has a scent to it and it is terrible. The worst part is the scent isn’t listed on the bottle so you think you are getting the original dawn. I am highly sensitive to smells and the original scent I can tolerate, but this new one gives me an instant headache.
It doesn’t seem to cut the grease as well as the original Dawn.

AWFUL CONTAINER!!

Absolutely awful container!! The so-called EZ Squeeze bottle is maddening & I won't buy it again, as it's too hard to dispense the dish soap. Terrible & frustrating to use!

If you’re using one of our EZ-Squeeze bottles, and it seems to get harder to dispense over time, there may be buildup on the opening. If so, rinse the cap with water and dry it off to remove the buildup. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’d like to learn more about your experience to further help. It still works like dawn, but I miss the clean old scent. Bring it back please! The new scent smells off, like rotten fruit.
