New scent smells terrible!

Hate hate hate the “New Clean Scent”
Been using dawn my whole life and will be finding anything else that doesn’t smell like some shoved a flower up my nose. Can’t get it off my dishes or hand. Don’t know who thought this needed changed but they should be fired!

TERRIBLE SMELL

THE SMELL IS TERRIBLE!!!! It is so strong that I immediately had a reaction and instant headache, and sneezing. BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL SCENT. I will not be purchasing Dawn until this happens.

New smell terrible

I have used Dawn my my whole life and the new smell is terrible! I thought I mistakenly picked up a scented version of Dawn but come to find out the scent has been changed. Smells like stinky febreeze trying to cover up a foul odor. Please change back!

Sickening scent.

I bought a refill size not realizing that the scent was changed. My immediate reaction was an instant headache with waves of nausea. I’m really sad that you felt the need to change the product. The original scent was the reason I started using Dawn in the 80s and now the new scent will be the reason I stop.

Can't get the new scent off. Where's QA?

The new clean fresh scent of Dawn is much too strong a won't rinse off of my Tupperware pitchers that I use daily. I like the new no flip squeeze bottle but will rinse with vinegar before refilling with original scent.

I do not want sent in my dish soap

I was tricked into buying your new scent Blue Dawn dish soap. I will never buy it again. Sadly. That's all we used to use in our household was Blue Dawn dish soap for everything. We do not use Blue Dawn to soap in our household because of the scent. Just like everybody else, remove the scent and go back to the old formula.

Go back to the old formula

The new formula does not create the same amount of suds as the old formula and the suds that are created dissipate after a few minutes.

Our products go through many quality tests to make sure they get your dishes clean effectively every time when used as directed, so we're sorry to hear that your Dawn Ultra didn't work as well as you were expecting, and we're glad you brought this to our attention. It may be helpful to know that using a scouring pad or washing a lot of extra greasy dishes can make the suds disappear more rapidly. In this case, use more dishwashing liquid. Additionally, you need to use more liquid if you have hard water, due to hard water containing a lot of dissolved minerals. To increase the amount of suds, we recommend adding the dishwashing liquid to the sink before adding water, and also be sure to use water that is 105°F to 115°F (40.56°C to 46.11°C).
