The Longest Build Ever

I will admit that I was excited to obtain this product due to the brick count and hight, being 6'4", I should've also taken into account the tedious repetition tolerance to build the frames.
The one drawback many lego builders hate is repetition and this set s exactly that. The time that it took me to complete this massive project is one week due repeating the build instructions for the frames and let's not forget the tedious detail on the ground, building trees and assembling the street lights.
Like with others who had difficulty assembling the different segments into the tower, I too had pieces fall off, a minor negative but it wasn't too bad. Apart from all of these minor negatives, taking a week to build this tower while asssembling the Titanic took 3-4 days, I am satisfied with the results as I always enjoy building structures that come close to my height.
As for my advice to anyone who is debating about buying/ building this set and stumbles upon my review, you are warned that this structure is similar to that of doing a Lego Art products "slow, tedious and constantly repetitive". You will want t take breaks after building each of the frames, and the base structures for each segment... trust me.
While I would say that I would recommend this set, with how detailed and repetitive it is, I would only recommend it to those who have a high tolerance, patience and delicate touch as while the frames are sturdy, you will be making a lot of adjustments to bending, twisting the supports so everything lines up correctly.
All in all, I gave this set a 3/5 due to the drawbacks when building this set, similar to that of building the Colosseum

I am a 12 year old kid and I built this set in the time span of 15 hours. I worked on it nonstop. I would recommend this set if you have the time and the patience. This set can be repetitive. I absolutely loved this set and would totally build it again!

So Excited So Disappointed

I was extremely excited about this build. I have had a great experience thus far with all my sets.
However, again, everything was great until I finished the build. Not too long after finishing the build it started to fall apart. All the other builds that I have done, I did not have this experience. My expectations were to have a solid, sturdy product for the price that was paid. Many people suggest having glue. I agree. The bricks become loose and eventually fell apart. Trying to rebuild it again but if it falls apart again, I will disassemble it and place back in box. Keep as wasted time and money.

Outrageously awesome

The LEGO designers have outdone themselves with this one - it simply must be seen to be believed. I’ve built many large sets, from the Titanic and Colosseum to the Star Destroyer, but the Eiffel Tower takes the cake - just an amazing set. It’s so big it almost takes on a life of its own, so to say it’s a great display piece is an understatement. The build is a tad repetitive, but less so than Colosseum (or at least this one feels more engaging). Only complaint is with the arches, as they are prone to slipping/coming loose from (too few) connections. But that’s a very minor point. If you only buy one LEGO set - and you’ve got the room - buy this one.

Eiffel Tower pieces don’t hold

This is the third ‘large’ build now where integral pieces that hold structure together just do not hold - very frustrating - the arches that hang upside down about half through the building will not stay together - very frustrated - can’t get myself to use glue but I think that’s the only way to make this work. Star Destroyer and Batmobile were the same.

Lego Eiffel Tower 10307 was a great building experience to share with my 2 kids.. Added light kit brought it to life.
