May be defective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I believe my charger is defective because it gets really hot even when not using my phone. It charges the phone slowly. It makes my phone super hot. I’m not sure what’s wrong with it. I’ve tried to use it multiple times on multiple days and I will leave it idle on the phone while letting the phone just charge. It may just be too powerful for my phone and I have the iPhone 11 and iPhone 13. I appreciate the charger from Influenster and otterbox.

Amazing And Convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Otterbox MagSafe Wireless 5kmAH/7.5W Power Bank for free from Influenster and Otterbox in exchange for my honest review. I love so much about this product. I love that you can stash this power bank almost anywhere. I love that you can carry this power bank with you just about anywhere you go. You can charge your phone from anywhere at anytime. It is especially handy when you are unable to use a conventional charger, Like when you are camping hiking or hunting miles away from civilization without power. I also love that you can charge your phone and the power bank at the same time while you have your phone on your MagSafe charging stand. It is equipped with two sided wireless charging and wired charging which is awesome! I love that it doesn’t get in the way of the camera like a lot of the other brands larger MagSafe power banks. It is large enough to fully charge my iPhone 14 Pro Max at least once with some life left over to spare. It is a very solid feeling product that does not feel cheap. The magnets work very well to keep it planted on your phone. But unfortunately there are a few things that I believe could be improved upon, first off it makes your phone a lot heavier while using it after a long day. They could slim it down a bit in the future and make it more ergonomically pleasing. Another thing to improve upon would be the charge speed, 7.5W is not the fastest and it would greatly benefit if they could allow it to reach faster speeds. I did notice that the magnets hold the power bank onto your phone very well but still allow it to rotate or spin back and forth on the back of the phone while you are using it, sometimes making it hard to hold onto. A few last things that Otterbox could do to make it even better would be to make it in larger battery sizes for more charging capability and power. I would appreciate it if Otterbox could also make a rugged version of it like their Defender Series cases that they make and add a few color options to it as well. With all that being said.. I really love this power bank and love the convenience that you get when having it, it is a very good overall product and I will definitely be buying more from Otterbox in the future. They have always been a very good quality option with all of their products and they continue to produce some amazing device cases and accessories.

Wish it held more juice

Compact but powerful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This charger was a life saver! Hurricane Ian knocked out my power for three days this MagSafe charger powered two cell phones! Super convenient and compact, easy to throw in my purse for on the go and stays attached to the back of my phone until removed so I can use my phone still without having to worry about a bulky power bank tethered by a cord being dragged around.

I enjoy it but it could be better!

I do not feel as though it works as well as some of my other portable chargers that have a cord or my other MagSafe chargers. I think it is great for convenience when you want to go cord free but I will find myself carrying both going forward.

Could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable charger doesn’t hold that long of a charge so this is only ideal for a quick emergency charge until you can get yourself to an outlet. I also don’t like that it’s only compatible with MagSafe cases - I have to take off my regular one in order to charge it.
