I did everything by the book for this product and it still stopped charging our phones. It got to a point it would not even charge anymore. There was just no response from this garbage. I returned the product and all they are giving me is a credit for it. I have never been upset before about an otterbox product. I am never buying from them again after this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got this item free whenever I purchased 2 phone protection cases, just wish it had more battery storage, but overall is ok for emergency use when my phone is low on battery life.

Doesn’t provide very much charging capability. The battery could only charge my 16 pro max to 50% from 5%. I got the same results in more than 2 attempts.
