Not feeling it!

I’m disappointed as my case that I bought has turned yellow around the edges. It’s durable, but it turned yellow so quickly. I would recommend not buying for this reason.

Great protection, cosmetic issues

The case itself has protected my phone from many falls. I’ve had the case since I got this iPhone and still no scratches or cracks on my phone. The downfall is that it yellows extremely fast and specifically the rim has actually turned a dark orange/brown color, I assume from any time it’s been outdoors. Also, the rubber around the volume button area has lifted up and does not protect this area of the phone. Not sure how this could have happened
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not Great

I’ve had this case for just over a year. It’s yellowed and recently noticed the back of my phone is completely shattered. After looking closely, the hard part on the corner of the case is cracked which didn’t end up protecting my phone. I don’t trust this case to protect against simple drops.

Though our cases are tough, there are some variables that can't be accounted for. As far as that yellowing goes, there are actually a few factors that can potentially cause something like this, but our Otter engineers work hard to keep such cosmetic complications at bay. Like it but yellows quickly

I’ve had this OtterBox for about 6 months and I started out really loving it. It’s slim and doesn’t scratch easily. I hate how yellowed it is the sides and and back look gross and I plan on throwing it away once I replace it with something different. I purchased this at a BestBuy.

The "protective" case actually broke the phone

I used to swear by OtterBox. Now they're just selling crap like everyone else. It actually broke the phone in this CASE. The hardened ridge around the camera shattered the back. Do not buy.

Turns yellow quickly

I think this case is great and looks very pretty with the blue iPhone, but the sides turn yellow pretty quickly. I’m not sure if there’s something that can be done to fix that, but I think it’s something otterbox should look into

Why is it yellow???

I literally opened the package— case is yellow on the sides. The one I had before this, same design that was really for the 12 and had to be forced on— did not turn yellow.

My phone cracked from falling off a coffee table

I have always used OtterBox and never had a problem until this case. I am mad because had I known this couldn’t withstand such a low-level fall, I wouldn’t have gotten this kind. Disappointed.
