Everything promised about the charger holds true. It is sleek, sturdy, and charges quickly. My only small complaint is that the watch magnet does not attach as solidly as the phone or Apple’s default charger. The watch wobbles when attached and tilts angled to the right instead of being straight. I wonder if the watch magnet is defective and that this might be an oddity. I searched but could not find others with a similar issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It actually discharges my phone. I tried flipping charge cable both ways and still didn't work.

MagSafe phone charger doesn’t actually work. I’ve received 2 warranty replacements and neither of those work either. Watch charger works. Air pods charger works. No functional phone charger. OtterBox I guess intends to keep sending me replacements when I’d just like a refund. This may be the end of my use of OtterBox altogether. Very disappointing.

Product is awesome as long as you are not using an OtterBox defender case on your phone. Magnet does not work with case installed. Disappointed especially for the cost of the device

Hello! We apologize for the frustration experienced when using this product with the Defender Series case. The Defender Series case is wireless charging compatible, but it is not MagSafe, and therefore does not contain magnets in the case itself, which would be ideal with the 3-in-1 Charging Station with MageSafe. This charging product is designed to work seamlessly with MagSafe cases, including the Defender XT or Defender Pro XT.

Expensive piece of crap

This charger is terrible. I have to try 3 or 4 times to seat the phone so it will actually recognize it and charge. I'd rate it 0 stars if I could. Definitely NOT worth the money.

Magnet not working

I got one for my birthday, but my phone (iPhone11) just slips down every time I try to put it to charge. I thought it was supposed to stay magnetized, but it doesn't and just falls off with gravity— even without the case. So I'm a little disappointed

Hello! We apologize for any confusion. While the iPhone 11 is indeed compatible with wireless charging, it is not MagSafe, and therefore does not contain the technology to be able magnetically adhere to this charging stand.

The phone does not stick like they advertise, so now I can only use this for my AirPods and watch. If I knew I couldn't use the phone portion of this, I would not have wasted so much money.
