Apple Watch Ultra does not stay on well due to the bulky size. Watch naturally lists and the connection is often lost with the mag charger itself.

Bought this charger along with a Defender Series Pro XT for my Iphone 12 Pro Max and the magnet fails to hold on to the phone for longer than a few moments before falling off. I mean it has one job, and it fails to do it.

Plug needs five inches from wall!

I love the stand and that the charging cord and plug are included. My problem is that I want to use the stand on my bedside table and the 36w charging plug sticks out two inches and the cable needs at least another three inches to prevent crimping the cord. That means my bedside table needs to be five inches from the wall. Too much for me. I would like OtterBox to design a charging plug and cable that is low profile with cable attaching to side, not front of box. Plug prongs could be placed differently to take up less space out front. It shouldn’t be too difficult to do. I would be willing to pay to purchase the low profile cube.

I've had this product for a few days and it has already made my life better. For the record I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max, Apple Watch Series 8 & AirPods Pro. Not only is the design extremely sleek, and convenient but it displays a nice aesthetic to your nightstand or desk. Furthermore, the INCLUDED charging cable is extremely long to accommodate wherever you want to place this stand. It also comes with an included power adapter to ensure that the 3-in-1 charges efficiently, from my experience so far all of might devices charge at great speeds while im at my desk. I highly recommend purchasing this product.

Doesn’t work with Apple Watch gen 7

This looks great and works amazing for everything except the Apple Watch charger. After about 15 minutes my watch says the connected accessory doesn’t work. Which is a disappointment that a third of this doesn’t work as intended.

You're correct in saying our standard Defender Series case isn't compatible with this product though. You'll need to use it with your caseless device or one of our made for MagSafe cases, like the Symmetry Series+ or Defender Series XT, that feature a magnet imbedded within the case to ensure that MagSafe connection "locks" and holds strong through the case. Watch charging seems iffy

I like the phone charging mag but the watch charging is iffy. You set in on the charger and it begins to charge, then the watch face comes back on then the charging comes back on and then starts all over. I have to take it off and then replace 3-4 times before it just charges.
