Great 15w Magsafe Charger

I see some reviews regarding their phone not sticking to the Otterbox charging station. I suspect that most of these users are not using a magsafe case. I have an Iphone 12 Pro Max with a magsafe case that I have been using with this charging station for the last 3 months and the phone has not slipped off once and it charges all 3 devices fast. I previously purchased a Belkin 15w magsafe charger and returned it because this one took up less space, the magnet felt stronger and overall, I just liked the design of this better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

the charging station does not hold the phone with the cover on, I ordered this one because I thought coming from the company it would have been better about holding the phone, instead it needs to lay down to charge....

Magnet not working

I got one for my birthday, but my phone (iPhone11) just slips down every time I try to put it to charge. I thought it was supposed to stay magnetized, but it doesn't and just falls off with gravity— even without the case. So I'm a little disappointed

Hello! We apologize for any confusion. While the iPhone 11 is indeed compatible with wireless charging, it is not MagSafe, and therefore does not contain the technology to be able magnetically adhere to this charging stand.

iPhone 15 pro max with defender case doesn’t cling

Kind of a bummer - not seeing anywhere in the description that this wouldn’t work with the defender case. But I do understand it’s the largest phone and I’m reducing the magnetic ability with more material. The pad will charge but gravity wins everytime.

Because the Defender Series case does not have magnets in the case, it will not adhere to this charging product. The Defender XT Series case does have magnets embedded in the case and it is therefore designed to work specifically with this charger. Quality product, just like all Otterbox products that I have purchased. It charges three devices at once, and in less time than if they were plugged into a charging cable. It holds the phone in place securely and at an angle that you can use the phone on a table while it is charging.

Bought this charger along with a Defender Series Pro XT for my Iphone 12 Pro Max and the magnet fails to hold on to the phone for longer than a few moments before falling off. I mean it has one job, and it fails to do it.
