Easy to use. Well designed. And, most importantly, it "does the trick"! I love my Happy Light! I have seasonal effective disorder as winter approaches, and used to struggle with headaches and depression. My current HappyLight (my second) sits perfectly on my desk, and allows me to reap it's benefits while catching up on my "work from home" role. Highly recommend this product to anyone who may struggle with the change in seasons.

I've been using full spectrum light boxes for 30 years - the first ones were big, bulky ,inconvenient and much less effective. Verilux has made the indispensable tool for fighting off seasonal affective disorder easy to utilize and compatible with mobility. I use it while doing yoga as well as while working in my studio so they fit into my lifestyle easily and seamlessly. They are also highly effective !

Best Light Ever!

I received this light in August and started using it everyday while my 90 year old mother and I would play cards. I always felt mom was not getting enough sunlight, especially during our Canadian off seasons. Since we started using it, I could really tell the difference in my mother’s moods, and I also felt myself feeling better after a couple of hours of sharing the Verilux lamp with my mother while battling it out during our card games. The Verilux Happy Light truly lives up to it’s name, and for us northerners I can’t think of a better solution when it comes to replacing natural sunlight! Thank You.
