Lifts my mood

Starting each November, I sit with this light every morning for at least half an hour while I drink my coffee. It makes a huge difference for me. My mood is lighter, I can think clearer. I don’t go to that dark depression like I used to.

Really love this lamp so far. I have moderate depression through the year, which I take medication for, but it becomes worse during the dark, cold winter months in Pennsylvania. My office at work doesn't have any windows, and I could feel that I wasn't getting the light and warmth my brain and body needed. I figured I would try this light out to keep in my office. I have only used it for a couple weeks, but I really love it so far, and even already I notice a difference in my mood! The light is great quality and the perfect size for a small office. It fits right on my desk to the left of my computer. I turn it on intermittently throughout thd day. Great product and I am looking forward to using it more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been loving the verilux happy light in our home. Right now with this climate changed it gets dark pretty fast, by the time my kids are done with virtual school the sun is usually gone. This light has been helping with their mood change. Not only the mood change but it’s a great light for reading or just to have on while doing zoom classes. One thing that I loved is that it doesn’t get the room super hot compared to other lights. This one just works wonders. Super happy with the happy light.

As soon as I saw the package from Verilux, I sighed in relief. I have seasonal affective disorder, as in DISORDER, and I can't take meds. My light has kept up off the floor for years. My old one finally died. I am sooooo grateful for this new one. It might be placebo effect, but I swear I can already feel it working. Thank you. And, thank you that the light isn't expensive.
