This is a great item for those who have little to no windows in their room. Working from home it is important that I get enough sunlight to stay motivated and focused, However, my room has one widow that does not receive sunlight. This happy light has helped me focus and increase my mood, mental health, and work ethic.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used this and feel it helps to brighten up the wintertime darkness. In addition, the customer service is responsive and helpful. This particular model may not have replacement bulbs available from the manufacturer, but both the bulb and the unit last a few years.
Love the brightness, but didn't expect that it would be a CFL bulb. I prefer the flat surface HappyLight. Please make this product description more obvious to indicate that it's a CFL bulb.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was a gift for a gentleman who suffers from PTSD and Seasonal Affective Disorder. He received it about 10 days ago, and he said it is helping him already. He's diligent about utilizing it 3 times a day for less than 30 minutes.
My last lamp lasted about 15 years. This light is perfect for these dark days of winter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can’t get a replacement bulb

I bought the VT10 compact happy light & within a few months the bulb burnt out. Unfortunately the replacements I have ordered don’t fit my compact. It’s a shame as otherwise it’s great!

I could not wait to get my Happy light & it HAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! I've spent 13 years with undiagnosed fibromyalgia, (finally diagnosed a year ago) post breast cancer/silicone implants. Living with brutal fatigue, pain throughout my body, brain fog, etc. I began taking low dose naltrexone for 10 months for it & have felt huge relief. My happy light takes care of the rest & gives me energy, no fibro pain & can think more clearly. It helps me sleep more soundly. I will not ever be without a happy light...it is a pure blessing in my life!
Just love this lamp. Most of the HappyLight benefits in a low-cost package. This is a FLUORESCENT - not LED - model, and it takes maybe 15 seconds for the bulb to warm up fully. There's no timer, and you can't adjust the color temperature. But who cares -- the quality and intensity of the light are no different than the pricier, slimmer LED models. It's lightweight, sturdy and no less portable than the LED units.
