This is a great light for someone who works in an office without any natural light. Winter is long and dreary, and I bought this light with the hope of lessening the winter "blues", and it is helping!! The company is also very helpful, and they are friendly and supportive!

I bought this Happy Light from a recommendation from my therapist about 6-7 years ago and I definitely recommend this Happy Light. It really helps my mood during the winter, gloomy, or raining days. My close family can tell when I haven't used my light, LOL, Shameful. I dropped my light and broke the bulb and I immediately ordered another one. Had I now accidentally dropped my light, I don't know when I would have to change the battery. After 6-7 years wonderful!! BTW, I also have a light on my desk at work as well. If I don't, somebody is in trouble. LOL

I had one of the original lights and it went out so I ordered this one. I love them. I do not work a day with out one. Wish you had a deal if you buy more than one at a time. Then I would have one at home too.
