The benefits are noticeable within a week and a positive difference was noticed during the first use. It really helps on those cloudy mornings and early dark evenings. My focus has already seemed to have benefited as well. I recommend for anyone!

I haven't had this long enough to say that it works. The light unit is sturdy and well made. It seems to be helping but not sure because of the chaos of the Holidays. I don't think it is money wasted. Give it a try. If you are looking at this review you probably need to try it.
